Confirmatory Assignment definition

Confirmatory Assignment means a country specific assignment that FUJIFILM may be required to execute and deliver under Article 5.
Confirmatory Assignment means a short form assignment in the agreed terms relating to the Intellectual Property Rights transferred to the Company pursuant to the Philipp IP Transfer Agreement.
Confirmatory Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 8 (Security Interest).
