Confirmation Appeal definition

Confirmation Appeal means any and all proceedings in the District Court, Case No. 10-03120 (RBK) (D.N.J. 2010), related to the pending appeal of the Confirmation Order by the First Lien Lenders and the First Lien Agent (including any and all claims arising under or related thereto).

  • Expedited Appeal means if a Member appeals a decision regarding a denied request for Prior Authorization (Pre-Service Claim) for an Urgent Care Claim, the Member or Member’s Authorized Representative can request an Expedited Appeal, either orally or in writing.   • Final Decision means a final action of the commission determining the legal rights, duties, or privileges of any person. “Final decision” does not include preliminary, procedural, or intermediate actions by the commission, actions regulating the internal administration of the commission, or actions of the commission to enter into or refrain from entering into contracts or agreements with vendors to provide goods or services to the commission.

  • Tax Confirmation means a confirmation by a Lender that the person beneficially entitled to interest payable to that Lender in respect of an advance under a Finance Document is either:

  • Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which a proof of Claim must be or must have been Filed, as established by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including a Bar Date Order and the Confirmation Order.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court made in connection with the process for obtaining shareholder approval of the Arrangement and related matters, as such order may be amended, supplemented or varied by the Court;

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
