Confidential Information Agreement definition

Confidential Information Agreement means that certain Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement by and between Executive and the Company.

Confidential Information Agreement means the At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Arbitration Agreement that the Executive has entered or is required to enter into with the Company in connection with the Executive’s employment with the Company.

Confidential Information Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 6.25(a).
