Comtech HK means Comtech (HK) Holding Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of which is held by Cogo;
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
SoftBank means Softbank Group Corp.
GT means grams per tonne.
BVI means the British Virgin Islands;
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
CTC means Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited together with its Subsidiaries (excluding the REIT and the REIT’s Subsidiaries), or, as the context requires, any of them.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
PSI means pounds per square inch.
SAI means Statement of Additional Information.
CTI means Castle Transmission International Limited.
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
SNA means State Nodal Agency.
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;
China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))
DBH means Diameter at Breast Height, a point on the tree stem four and one-half feet above ground level.
TP means fibre network termination point at the Installation Address.
