Company Put Option definition

Company Put Option as defined in Section 9.1. ------------------
Company Put Option means the option granted pursuant to the Put and Call Option Agreement, dated as of January 27, 2017, by and among the Company, Envigo RMS (Israel) Ltd, Envigo CRS (Israel) Ltd, Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxx, pursuant to which the Put and Call Shareholders (as defined therein) have the right to exercise an option to cause the Company to purchase all of the Put and Call Shareholders’ shares of the outstanding equity of Envigo CRS (Israel) Ltd Stock in exchange for Company Common Stock.
Company Put Option means the option granted pursuant to the Put and Call Option Agreement, dated as of January 27, 2017, by and among the Company, Envigo RMS (Israel) Ltd, Envigo CRS (Israel) Ltd, Rony Kalman and Nathan Ezon, pursuant to which the Put and Call Shareholders (as defined therein) have the right to exercise an option to cause the Company to purchase all of the Put and Call Shareholders’ shares of the outstanding equity of Envigo CRS (Israel) Ltd Stock in exchange for Company Common Stock.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Management Shares means a management share in the capital of the ICAV which shall have the right to receive an amount not to exceed the consideration period for such Management Share.

  • Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Company Optionholder means a holder of Company Options.

  • Unvested Shares means "Unvested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

  • Co-op Shares Shares issued by private non-profit housing corporations.
