Issuer's Extraordinary Call Right: Upon the occurrence of a Call Event the Issuer may call the Securities extraordinarily by giving notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions and redeem the Securities at their Cancellation Amount.
In the case of such a call, the Exercise Date, at which the Issuer exercises its Regular Call Right (the "Call Date") is deemed to be the Valuation Date.

The Call Right shall be exercisable by Purchaser, by delivering a Call Exercise Notice at any time during the period (the “Exercise Period”) commencing on the date hereof and ending at 6:30 p.m. (New York time) on the fifth anniversary date therefrom (such date or the earlier expiration of the Call Right is referred to herein as the “Expiration Date”).
