Call Right definition

Call Right. The right of the holder thereof (or any successor), as named in the applicable Supplement, to purchase Certificates from the Holders thereof or to purchase Underlying Securities from the Trust.
Call Right. The Class A Call Right and the Class B Call Right.
Call Right means the Call Right described in Section 9 of this Agreement.

  • Issuer's Extraordinary Call Right: Upon the occurrence of a Call Event the Issuer may call the Securities extraordinarily by giving notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions and redeem the Securities at their Cancellation Amount.
