Company Class C Shares definition

Company Class C Shares means the Class C Shares, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Company Class C Shares means the Company’s Class C ordinary shares with a per share par value of $0.0001 each having the rights set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Company Class C Shares means Class C Shares of the Company created pursuant to the Company Operating Agreement.
