Class C Ordinary Shares definition

Class C Ordinary Shares means: class C ordinary shares in the capital of the Company;
Class C Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of US$ 0.01 each designated as Class C Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Class C Ordinary Shares means the class C ordinary Shares of USD0.00001 each in the capital of the Company, each having the rights and preferences set forth in (i) the Current Articles and, immediately following Closing, in the Restated Articles, and (ii) the Shareholders Agreement.

Examples of Class C Ordinary Shares in a sentence

  • The number of Class C Ordinary Shares of the applicable Series shall be limited to one.

  • Shares shall represent an interest solely in the Series to which they relate, and unless otherwise specified herein, any reference to any Class A Ordinary Shares, Class B Ordinary Shares and/or Class C Ordinary Shares shall be deemed a reference to the Class A Ordinary Shares, Class B Ordinary Shares and/or Class C Ordinary Shares of the applicable Series.

  • The rights, privileges and preferences of the Class A Ordinary Shares, Class B Ordinary Shares, Class C Ordinary Shares and Series A Preferred Shares are set out in the Shareholders Agreement (as defined below) and/or the Restated Articles.

Class C Ordinary Shares means the class C ordinary shares of par value US$0.00005 each in the capital of the Company, each having the rights, preferences, privileges and restrictions set out in these Articles.
