Companion Component definition

Companion Component means, for each respective Distribution Date, the difference between the Certificate Balance and the PAC Component.
Companion Component. Either the Pool 1 Companion Component or the Pool 2 Companion Component, as applicable.

Related to Companion Component

  • Companion Class With respect to each Lower Tier Regular Class, any Class of Trust Fund Certificates appearing opposite such Lower Tier Regular Class in the Lower Tier Schedule.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Travelling Companion means an individual or individuals travelling with the Insured/Insured Person, provided that, the Insured and such individual(s) are travelling to the same destination and on the same date and such individual(s) is/are also insured under this Policy. For the purpose of this definition, any individual(s) forming part of a group travelling on a tour arranged by a Travel Agent or a tour operator shall not be considered as Travelling Companion, unless the individual(s) is/are part of the family of the Insured/Insured Person.
