Commercial Unit Owner definition

Commercial Unit Owner means the record titleholder of a Commercial Unit, but the term does not include a Person holding an interest in a Commercial Unit solely as security for an obligation. Until such time as the Commercial Master Unit is subdivided into individual Commercial Units, the term “Commercial Unit Owner” will refer to the record titleholder of the Commercial Master Unit.
Commercial Unit Owner means the Owner of a Commercial Unit.
