College placement assessment means a department-approved assessment measuring the readiness of a high school student for success in higher education. College placement assessments shall include nationally-normed standardized assessments used for college admissions, international baccalaureate assessments, or advanced placement exams. Assessments shall be published in the department’s graduation manual.
