Collection Crew definition

Collection Crew means staff retained to collect, remove and transport Waste, whether employed by a collection Contractor to the City or staff directly employed by the City;
Collection Crew means any City employee or other person authorized by the City to provide any service under this bylaw.
Collection Crew means any City employees or persons of the City’s agent that are authorized by the City to provide solid waste collection services under this Bylaw.

Examples of Collection Crew in a sentence

  • No Person other than an Owner or Occupier of a Parcel to whom a Collection Cart has been issued, or a Collection Crew, shall remove the cover from the said Collection Cart or remove or disturb the said Collection Cart or the contents thereof.

  • Replacement or repair of Garbage Collection Carts or Kitchen Waste and Yard Waste Collection Carts due to damage by Wildlife or anyone other than the Collection Crew will be invoiced to the Owner at the following rates: 120 Litre(Bylaw No. 592-2019)An Owner will not be invoiced for the first occurrence within a two (2) year period.

  • Bag all debris and prepare for pick up from Refuse Collection Crew.

  • If an Owner or Occupier of any Parcel has not complied with section 6.1 or other relevant sections contained in this bylaw, the Village’s Collection Crew need not collect any Solid Waste from said Parcel.

  • Multi-family residential dwellings, eligible commercial properties, churches and properties in Special Policy Areas may only receive Garbage collection by a Collection Crew if they also participate in the City’s recycling program and Organic Waste program, where those programs are provided by the City.

Related to Collection Crew

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • data collection means the collection and verification of meter reading data from natural gas meters; “data transfer” means the transfer of metered data to the GPRO;

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Collection Account Agreement means that certain Collection Account Agreement, dated the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the Servicer, the Account Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, governing the Collection Account and which permits the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties to direct disposition of the funds in the Collection Account, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collections means all cash, checks, notes, instruments, and other items of payment (including insurance proceeds, proceeds of cash sales, rental proceeds, and tax refunds).

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Vapor collection system means a vapor transport system which used direct displacement by the gasoline being transferred to force vapors from the vessel being loaded into either a vessel being unloaded or a vapor control system or vapor holding tank.

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer (a)(i) resulting from a lost or stolen credit or charge card relating to such Account (if such Account is a credit or charge card account) or (ii) under circumstances not requiring the standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Guidelines applicable to such Account, and (b) that can be traced or identified by reference to or by way of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and the computer or other records of the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Data Collection System means software designed for collection, tracking and reporting 17 outcomes data for Resident enrolled in the FSP Programs.
