Collateral Loan Value definition

Collateral Loan Value means a principal amount equal to the sum of eighty percent (80%) of the value of Eligible Accounts and the lesser of (i) the Inventory Cap and (ii) fifty percent (50%) of the value of Eligible Inventory consisting of finished goods and forty percent (40%) of Eligible Inventory consisting of raw materials; all as determined by Lender from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.
Collateral Loan Value shall have the meaning as provided and/or determined in accordance with Schedule DD.
Collateral Loan Value means the aggregate value of the advance rate(s) established by Bank as applied to the Eligible Accounts less reserves (including, but not limited to, the letter of credit exposure reserve) as established by Bank. It is anticipated that the advance rate will be (i) except as provided in (ii) of this sentence, 85%, and (ii) 90% with respect to Eligible Accounts of investment grade (or comparable quality as determined by Bank in its sole discretion) account debtors.

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

  • Loan Value means for any Loan that is not Defaulted Receivable on any day (including the Cut-off Date) (A) with respect to Precomputed Loans, (i) the present value of the future Scheduled Payments discounted monthly at the applicable Implicit Rate of Return, plus (ii) any past due Scheduled Payments reflected on the Servicer’s records, plus (iii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase premiums, minus (iv) the unamortized amounts of any purchase discounts and (B) with respect to Simple Interest Loans, (i) the balance reflected on the Servicer’s records plus (ii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase premiums minus (iii) the unamortized amounts of any purchase discounts. Defaulted Receivables that are Loans shall be deemed to have a Loan Value equal to the outstanding Loan Value at the time it became a Defaulted Receivable less the amount written-off as uncollectible in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination.   • Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.

  • Loan Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b) of the Indenture.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Letter of Credit Collateral Account means a special deposit account maintained by the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, and under its sole dominion and control.
