Coinsurance Effective Date definition

Coinsurance Effective Date means 12:01 a.m. (New York time) on the first calendar day of the calendar month in which the Closing occurs.
Coinsurance Effective Date means October 1, 2012.
Coinsurance Effective Date means April 1, 2013, or a date agreed to by Company and Reinsurer, if sooner.

  • Required Effective Date means the relevant Initial Required Effective Date or Increased Required Effective Date (as those terms are defined below).

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • Early Termination Effective Date is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Restatement Effective Date means the date on which the conditions specified in Section 4.01 are satisfied (or waived in accordance with Section 9.02).
