Code of Aid definition

Code of Aid means the Code of Aid for Aided Schools, or such relevant Code of Aid as may be defined from time to time in the Ordinance;
Code of Aid means the code applicable to the School that prescribes the rules and conditions in accordance with which the Government promotes education by means of grants to schools, as may be issued and amended by the Permanent Secretary from time to time.

  • This Code of Aid for Aided Schools is written for a pilot run among aided schools that are governed by an Incorporated Management Committee (IMC).

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • Savings association means a Fed- eral savings and loan association or a Federal savings bank chartered under section 5 of the Home Owners’ Loan Act, a building and loan, savings and loan or homestead association or a co- operative bank (other than a coopera- tive bank described in 12 U.S.C. 1813(a)(2)) the deposits of which are in- sured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and any corporation (other than a bank) the deposits of which are insured by the Federal De- posit Insurance Corporation that the Office of the Comptroller of the Cur- rency and the Federal Deposit Insur- ance Corporation jointly determine to be operating in substantially the same manner as a savings association, and shall include any savings bank or any cooperative bank which is deemed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to be a savings association under 12 U.S.C. 1467a(1).

  • IBC Code means the 1998 Edition of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk published by the International Maritime Organization;

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).
