CMS Reimbursement Code definition

CMS Reimbursement Code means a specific code to be used to identify the Products and the procedure, such as a specific CPT-4 code, APC, ICD-9 or G-code, with commensurate reimbursement. “Contract Year” shall coincide with the calendar year. The first Contract Year starts on January 1, 2005, provided FDA Clearance is obtained by June 30, 2005. If FDA Clearance is obtained after June 30, 2005, the first Contract Year shall start on January 1, 2006.

  • Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.

  • Reimbursement Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or the term “Advance Rate” or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Reimbursement means that DOH will repay the Contractor for allowable costs incurred under the terms of this contract.

  • Pricing and Reimbursement Approval means any official, final, binding and non-appealable determination of the reimbursable price of the Product in accordance with Applicable Laws and approval by relevant Regulatory Authorities pertaining to the reimbursement of the Product, as applicable in each country in the Territory in which a Regulatory Authority approves or determines the price and/or reimbursement of pharmaceutical products.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.

  • Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.

  • Borrower Delayed Reimbursements Any Additional Trust Fund Expenses and reimbursements of Advances that the related Mortgagor is required, pursuant to a written modification agreement, to pay in the future to the Trust in its capacity as owner of the related Mortgage Loan.
