Closing Date & Time definition

Closing Date & Time means the final date and time which the Bidders have to submit their Bid. Any Bid delivered and received after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified. No correspondences, queries, appeals, or protests shall be entertained.

Closing Date & Time means the date and Central Time a solicitation specifies responses are due.

• Bids shall be received no later than the Closing Date & Time indicated above.

• The documents in physical form as specified must be received by Company at the address specified in the “Forwarding Letter” on or before the Bid Closing Date & Time mentioned in the "Forwarding Letter".
