Closeout date definition

Closeout date means the date the department records the project as being completed and after which no further disbursements shall be made under the financial assistance agreement.

  • Close-Out Date means a day on which, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.1, the Non-Defaulting Party closes out Currency Obligations and/or Options or such close-out occurs automatically. "Closing Gain", as to the Non-Defaulting Party, means the difference described as such in relation to a particular Value Date under the provisions of Section 8.1.

  • Opt-Out Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their requests to be excluded from the Settlement Class for that request to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.

  • Payout Date means a date selected by the Corporation, in accordance with and as contemplated by Sections 3.2, 6.1 and 7.1;

  • Step-Out Date means the date that is 20 Business Days after the date of a Step-Out Notice;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Advance Date means the funding date of any Advance.

  • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the date specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Purchase and Sale Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
