Put Date definition
Put Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.
Put Date means any Trading Day during the Commitment Period that a Put Notice is deemed delivered pursuant to Section 2.2(b).
Put Date means the date that is specified by the Company in any Put Notice for which the Company intends to exercise a Put under Section 2.3.1, unless the Put Date is postponed pursuant to the terms hereof, in which case the "Put Date" is such postponed date.
