Clearing Fund definition

Clearing Fund means the fund created pursuant to Section 3.03 hereof.

Examples of Clearing Fund in a sentence

  • Limitations and restrictions shall bear a reasonable relationship to the qualification or standard not applied to such applicant and may include, but are not limited to, an increased Clearing Fund requirement or a limitation on the applicant’s activities to be processed through the Corporation.

  • Such collateral is separate and apart from the Clearing Fund that Netting Members are required to post to FICC to support their sell-side activity in the same asset classes.
