Clearing definition

Clearing means the clearing and removal of vegetation, whether partially or in whole, including trees and shrubs, as specified;
Clearing means the removal of duff up to eight (8) inches deep, loosely compacted slash up to two (2) feet deep, and other debris accumulations such as rock, rotten wood, snow, and ice which can be removed by kicking, dragging, or the use of a planting tool.
Clearing means removing and disposing of all unwanted material from the surface such as trees brush, down timber or other natural materials.
