Clearing Corporation definition

Clearing Corporation. The meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(5) of the UCC.
Clearing Corporation means each entity included within the meaning of “clearing corporation” under Section 8-102(a)(5) of the UCC.
Clearing Corporation. (i) Clearstream, (ii) DTC, (iii) Euroclear and (iv) any entity included within the meaning of “clearing corporation” under Section 8-102(a)(5) of the UCC.
