Cleared Swaps definition

Cleared Swaps means swap contracts cleared by the FCM for a customer through a DCO (including single-name credit default swap contracts carried in accounts established in accordance with Section 4d(f) of the CEA pursuant to exemptive relief orders of the CFTC and the Securities and Exchange Commission).
Cleared Swaps shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus of each Fund.
