Class RR Concentration Adjusted Advance Rate means as of any date of determination,
Class RR Concentration Adjusted Advance Rate means as of any date of determination, (i.) with respect to the Series 2021-A Eligible Investment Grade Non-Program Vehicle Amount, the excess, if any, of the Class RR Baseline Advance Rate with respect to such Series 2021-A Eligible Investment Grade Non-Program Vehicle Amount over the Class RR Concentration Excess Advance Rate Adjustment with respect to such Series 2021-A Eligible Investment Grade Non-Program Vehicle Amount, in each case as of such date, and (ii.) with respect to the Series 2021-A Eligible Non-Investment Grade Non- Program Vehicle Amount, the excess, if any, of the Class RR Baseline Advance Rate with respect to such Series 2021-A Eligible Non-Investment Grade Non-Program Vehicle Amount over the Class RR Concentration Excess Advance Rate Adjustment with respect to such Series 2021-A Eligible Non-Investment Grade Non-Program Vehicle Amount, in each case as of such date.

Related to Class RR Concentration Adjusted Advance Rate

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Maximum Advance Rate means 80.0%.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group AA Obligor, 30.00%, (ii) for any Group A Obligor, 17.50%, (iii) for any Group B Obligor, 15.00%, (iv) for any Group C Obligor, 12.50% and (v) for any Group D Obligor, 7.50%.
