For the avoidance of doubt, no adjustment shall be made to the terms of the Warrants solely as a result of an adjustment to the conversion ratio of the Class F Ordinary Shares into Ordinary Shares or the conversion of the Class F Ordinary Shares into Ordinary Shares, in each case, pursuant to the Company’s amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, as amended from time to time.
