In the event the general meeting of shareholders has appointed different classes of directors, decisions shall be taken by a majority of the directors present or represented including at least one (1) Class A Director and one (1) Class B Director.
Each share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock shall be entitled to one vote and any election or removal of the Class B Director shall be subject to the affirmative vote of all of the Investors.
