Class A Principal Payment. (a) while the Class A-1 Notes are outstanding, (i) on all Payment Dates prior to the June 1998 Payment Date, the lesser of (1) the amount necessary to reduce the Outstanding Principal Amount on the Class A-1 Notes to zero and (2) the difference between (A) the Discounted Present Value of the Performing Leases as of the previous Determination Date and (B) the Discounted Present Value of the Performing Leases as of the related Determination Date, and (ii) on the June 1998 Payment Date and thereafter, the entire Outstanding Principal Amount on the Class A-1 Notes, and (b) after the Class A-1 Notes have been paid in full, the amount necessary to reduce the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount on the Class A Notes to the Class A Target Investor Principal Amount.
