Class A Company Common Stock definition

Class A Company Common Stock means the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Class A Company Common Stock means the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company. “Class B Company Common Stock” means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
