Class A-3 Net WAC Cap Rate. A per annum rate equal to the product of (1) the Weighted Average Mortgage Interest Rate with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 3, less the rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is then calculated, less the rate at which the Owner Trustee Fee is then calculated, less the Servicing Fee Rate, less the Backup Servicing Fee Rate, less the Premium Percentage, each with respect to the Class A-3 Notes only, less 0.50% and (2) 30 divided by the number of days in the related accrual period.
Class A-3 Net WAC Cap Rate. A per annum rate equal to the product of (1) the Weighted Average Mortgage Interest Rate with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 3, less the rate at which the Indenture Trustee Fee is then calculated, less the rate at which the Owner Trustee Fee is then calculated, less the Servicing Fee Rate, less the Backup Servicing Fee Rate, less the Premium Percentage, each with respect to the Class A-3 Notes only, less, for each Payment Date up to and including the Payment Date in May 2006, 0.25% and, thereafter, less 0.50% and (2) 30 divided by the number of days in the related accrual period.

  • Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.205%.

  • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1020%.

  • Class A-1 Rate means 2.25000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the relevant Interest Period and a 360‑day year).

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1000%.

  • Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 2.2557%.

  • Class A-2 Note Rate With respect to any Payment Date, the per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Class A-2 Formula Note Rate and (ii) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate for such Payment Date.

  • Class A-2 Rate means 0.48% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months).

  • Class M-4 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, ____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-4 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2002-1 Interest Period, 2.04% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2002-1 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2002-1 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.

  • Class A Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class M-3 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, _____% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-3 Margin and (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.
