Bid Submission Date means the last date by which the City will accept Bids for an Invitation For Bid.
Submission Date means the date on which You Submit a Contribution to Us.
Submission Deadline means 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on any Auction Date or such other time on any Auction Date as may be specified by the Auction Agent from time to time as the time by which each Broker-Dealer must submit to the Auction Agent in writing all Orders obtained by it for the Auction to be conducted on such Auction Date.
Expected Claim Notice means a notice that, as a result of a legal proceeding instituted by or written claim made by a third party, an Indemnified Party reasonably expects to incur Damages for which it is entitled to indemnification under Article VI.
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure means, as to any security or combination of securities, that the issuer thereof has publicly stated its intention, either in the prospectus or other offering document under which such securities were initially offered for sale or in filings with the Commission made by the issuer under the Securities Exchange Act prior to or contemporaneously with the issuance of such securities, that the issuer will redeem or repurchase such securities only with the proceeds of replacement capital securities that have equity-like characteristics at the time of redemption or repurchase that are the same as or more equity-like than the securities then being redeemed or repurchased, raised within 180 days prior to the applicable redemption or repurchase date. Notwithstanding the use of the term “Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure” in the definitions of “Qualifying Capital Securities” and “Qualifying Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock”, the requirement in each such definition that a particular security or the related transaction documents include Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure shall be disregarded and given no force or effect for so long as the Corporation is a bank holding company within the meaning of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended.
Claim Form or “Proof of Claim Form” means the form, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit A, that a Claimant must complete and submit should that Claimant seek to share in a distribution of the Net Settlement Fund.
Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).
Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).
Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).
Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement. The Claim Period shall commence not later than thirty (30) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, as defined herein, and shall conclude not more than ninety (90) days after it commences.
Claims Deadline means the date by which all Claim Forms must be postmarked or received to be considered timely and shall be set as a date no later than forty-five
Adverse Benefit Determination means any of the following:
Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.
Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.
Selected submission means and refers to the submission sent to the City of Waco by the Selected Firm.
Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline. All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.
Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.
Review Demand Date means, for a Review, the date when the Indenture Trustee determines that each of (a) the Delinquency Trigger has occurred and (b) the required percentage of Noteholders has voted to direct a Review under Section 7.2 of the Indenture.
Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;
Indemnification Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.
Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.
Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).
