  • As of the Effective Date, the Cimarron Trust shall be responsible for paying all real property taxes first coming due following the Effective Date relating to the Cimarron Site.

  • Settlors and the Cimarron Trust shall prorate the real property taxes accruing to or becoming a lien on the Cimarron Site during the calendar year of the Effective Date, and Settlors shall have paid to the Cimarron Trust their pro-rata share of such real property taxes as of the Effective Date.

  • Any existing easements or deed restrictions of record as to the Cimarron Site prior to the Effective Date of the Settlement Agreement shall survive the Settlement Agreement.

  • Settlors shall execute, or cause to be executed, and record, if necessary, all necessary releases of any liens or security interests held by any Settlors against the Cimarron Site.

  • The Cimarron Trustee shall execute and record with the appropriate recorder’s office any easements or deed restrictions requested by NRC and the State of Oklahoma for restrictions on use of the Cimarron Site in order to protect public health, welfare or safety or the environment or ensure non-interference with or protectiveness of any action.

Related to Cimarron Site

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way.   • Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Ambulatory surgical center means any public or private State licensed and approved (whenever required by law) establishment with an organized medical staff of Physicians, with permanent facilities that are equipped and operated primarily for the purpose of performing Surgical Procedures, with continuous Physician services and registered professional nursing service whenever a patient is in the facility, and which does not provide service or other accommodations for patients to stay overnight.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Generation Owner means a Member that owns, leases with rights equivalent to ownership, or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generation resources located in the PJM Region. The foregoing notwithstanding, for a planned generation resource to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner, such resource shall have cleared an RPM auction, and for Energy Resources, the resource shall have a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM. Purchasing all or a portion of the output of a generation resource shall not be sufficient to qualify a Member as a Generation Owner. For purposes of Members Committee sector classification, a Member that is primarily a retail end- user of electricity that owns generation may qualify as a Generation Owner if: (1) the generation resource is the subject of a FERC-jurisdictional interconnection agreement or wholesale market participation agreement within PJM; (2) the average physical unforced capacity owned by the Member and its affiliates over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average PJM capacity obligation of the Member and its affiliates over the same time period; and (3) the average energy produced by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the five Planning Periods immediately preceding the relevant Planning Period exceeds the average energy consumed by the Member and its affiliates within PJM over the same time period. Generation Resource Maximum Output:

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.
