Child Foster Home definition

Child Foster Home means a home certified by the Department that is maintained and lived in by the person named on the certificate. A child foster home is considered a provider owned, controlled, or operated residential setting.
Child Foster Home means a private home licensed under chapter 110-148 WAC by the department of children, youth, and families (DCYF) to provide twenty-four hour care to children.
