Chase's Administrative Agent Account means (a) the account of Chase, as Administrative Agent, maintained by Chase, as Administrative Agent, at its office at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, Account No. 323243088, Attention: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, or (b) such other account of Chase, as Administrative Agent, as is designated in writing from time to time by Chase, as Administrative Agent, to Kraft and the Lenders for such purpose.
