Change in Control Severance Agreement definition

Change in Control Severance Agreement means that certain Change in Control Severance Agreement by and between the Company and you, effective on or about the date you commenced employment with the Company, as may be amended from time to time with your consent.
Change in Control Severance Agreement means the Change in Control Severance Agreement, dated December 4, 2018, between the Company and you.
