Category A Products definition

Category A Products means Covered Products having an annual sales volume of greater than [***] metric tons.

Category A Products means Products consisting of frozen bagels produced by Supplier that are intended for resale under any brand name owned by ENBC and produced using Formulations, Proprietary Information or patented technology owned by ENBC.
Category A Products means all Products produced by Supplier that are intended for resale under any brand name now or hereafter owned by New World, including Products co-branded, and produced using Formulations, Specifications, Procedures, technology (patented or otherwise) or other trade secrets developed or owned by New World.
