Casino Related Facility definition

Casino Related Facility means a (i) gaming establishment owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary, (ii) any hotel or similar hospitality facility owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary and serving a gaming establishment owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary or (iii) any building, restaurant, theater, amusement park or other entertainment facility, parking or recreational vehicle facilities or retail shops located at or adjacent to, and directly ancillary to, a gaming establishment owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary and used or to be used in connection with such a gaming establishment owned by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.
Casino Related Facility means any building, restaurant, theater, amusement park or other entertainment facility, parking or recreational vehicle facilities or retail shops located at or adjacent to, and directly ancillary to, a Casino and used or to be used in connection with such Casino other than a Casino Hotel.
Casino Related Facility means a (i) gaming establishment owned by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary, (ii) any hotel or similar hospitality facility owned by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary and serving a gaming establishment owned by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary or (iii) any building, restaurant, theater, amusement park or other entertainment facility, parking or recreational vehicle facilities or retail shops located at or adjacent to, and directly ancillary to, a gaming establishment owned by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary and used or to be used in connection with such a gaming establishment owned by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary.

Related to Casino Related Facility

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Acquisition Facility the Acquisition Facility Commitments and the extensions of credit thereunder.

  • Gaming Facility means any casino, hotel, resort, race track, off-track wagering site, venue at which gaming or wagering is conducted, and all related or ancillary property and assets.

  • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition, demolition, construction, improvement, alteration, modernization, renovation, reconstruction or capital maintenance of all or any part of a school facility or of any other personal property necessary for, or ancillary to, any school facility, and shall include fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and shall also include, but is not limited to, site acquisition, site development, the services of design professionals, such as engineers and architects, construction management, legal services, financing costs and administrative costs and expenses incurred in connection with the project;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Retail facility means a premises, or part of a premises, that are used wholly or predominantly for the sale or hire of goods by retail, the retail provision of services and includes a market, retail shopping centre and supermarkets;

  • Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
