Casino Personal Property definition

Casino Personal Property means all gaming devices and associated equipment used in the operation of a casino that is owned by Tenant.
Casino Personal Property means all of the following as of the Commencement Date: (i) the Casino FF&E and all other machinery, appliances, equipment, furniture, fixtures, tangible and intangible personal property and contractual rights of every kind or nature located in or on, or attached to, or used or to be used in connection with the Casino, and/or the Casino Back-of-the-House Areas and all other trade fixtures which constitute all of the tangible and intangible personal property assets and contractual rights related to or used in connection with the Casino, the Casino Back-of-the-House Areas or the Casino Business; (ii) all Operating Supplies; (iii) all building materials and goods procured for use or in connection with the foregoing; and (iv) all Gaming Equipment; including Participating Gaming Equipment.

  • All Capital Expenditures and all repairs, alterations, improvements, renewals or replacements made pursuant to this Article 5 shall be the property of Landlord and also constitute Leased Property; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any Capital Expenditures, repairs, alterations, improvements, renewals or replacements of Casino Personal Property shall be the property of Tenant.

  • Tenant hereby grants and assigns to Landlord, as security for Tenant’s payment and performance of its obligations hereunder, a security interest in Tenant’s Casino Personal Property, all subleases and other agreements affecting the use, enjoyment or occupancy of the Leased Property.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Personal Property shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Personalty means all of the following:

  • Real Property means any estates or interests in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor and the improvements thereto.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.
