Casino Business definition

Casino Business means the business of marketing, selling, and providing casino gaming and related amenity services to customers at the Divested Casinos, including gaming services such as slots, table gaming, poker, video poker, pari-mutuel wagering, video gaming terminals, sports betting, online gaming, and all other gaming services lawfully permitted in the jurisdiction where the casino is located (whether actually offered or which could be offered there), and amenities services such as hotel, restaurant, spa, retail, food, beverage, alcohol, entertainment, meetings and conferences, and other services typically provided by Respondent Eldorado at its casino facilities.

Casino Business has the meaning specified in the Acquisition Agreement (as in effect on March 9, 2011).

Casino Business means all of the Company’s gambling, gaming, hospitality, entertainment and related businesses, as currently conducted in Henderson, Nevada.

Casino Business means all business activities at or relating to the Casino, including, without limitation, (a) the conduct of all Gaming (as defined herein) activities, (b) the operation of the hotel (including without limitation, food service, room reservations and booking, related maintenance and storage activities, parking operations, food & beverage outlets, retail outlets and entertainment facilities which are operated directly by Owner or operated by others under lease or contract, and (c) Gaming functions including cage and count room operations, security, and day-to-day management of surveillance and internal audit functions (subject to the requirements of the Act and Owner’s Audit Committee (see Section 8.07) supervision), and (d) administrative functions (including but not limited to marketing, advertising, purchasing, facilities, finance, human resources, information technology, entertainment, convention and group sales and risk management).

Casino Business means all of the Seller’s riverboat gambling, gaming, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment and related businesses, as currently conducted in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Casino Business means the ownership and/or operation of the gaming casino business within the Casino and Casino Back-of-the-House Areas and all ancillary food and beverage outlets, entertainment offerings, marketing and promotional programs and events, and related activities as operated or offered at the Casino in connection with such business, as the same may be modified from time to time during the Term.

Casino Business shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 14.1.5;

Casino Business means the business of developing, manufacturing and/or distribution of casino style gaming machines as operated in Casinos, Casino-related monitoring and other systems, as well as the owning and/or operating of Casinos. "CASINOS" shall mean (i) for the German market, Spielbanken (and not Arcades) and (ii) for markets outside of Germany, gaming centers identical or highly similar to Spielbanken (but not Arcades).

Casino Business shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

Casino Business means the operation of the Hollywood Park-Casino, including the restaurants, dining rooms, lounges, offices, lobbies, restrooms, health club, entertainment facilities, banquet facilities, gift shop and other facilities located within the Premises.
