Cash Consideration Amount definition

Cash Consideration Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.2(a).
Cash Consideration Amount means (a) the Base Cash Consideration, plus (b) the Closing Cash, plus (c) the Working Capital Adjustment, less (d) the Closing Indebtedness.

Cash Consideration Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(b).
