Cardinal Infractions definition

Cardinal Infractions shall be defined as “any offence for which an employee is subject to discharge without a prior warning notice.”

Examples of Cardinal Infractions in a sentence

  • This list of Cardinal Infractions is exclusive, and all other offenses not listed above shall entitle the employee to re- main on the job pursuant to Article 7 or alternatively remain in pay status.
