Card Organization Rules definition

Card Organization Rules means the rules, regulations and operating instructions issued by particular Card Organizations, as may be varied and updated from time to time.
Card Organization Rules is defined in Section 3.
Card Organization Rules means the rules, regulations and other requirements supplied to the City regarding Card transaction processing, equipment or transmission requirements, data security, Chargebacks, and other operational and compliance matters, including those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association.

  • In the event that you receive such Card information in connection with the processing services provided under this Agreement, you agree that you will not use it for any fraudulent purpose or in violation of any Card Organization Rules, including but not limited to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”) or applicable law.

  • Merchant must ensure that the acceptance, processing and submission of any such Transaction is made in accordance with the Card Organization Rules or as otherwise instructed by BlueSnap.

  • You are responsible for establishing and maintaining your own security policies and procedures, and for compliance with the Card Organization Rules and security standards, including any obligation to notify a Card Organization and/or us of any suspected breach of your systems or any suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.

  • As BlueSnap is responsible to the Card Organizations and Acquirer for the Card acceptance policies and procedures of the Merchant, BlueSnap may require any changes to Merchant’s website or otherwise that BlueSnap, Acquirer deems necessary or appropriate to ensure that the Merchant remains in compliance with the Card Organization Rules governing the use of the Card Organization Marks.

  • You agree to comply with the Operating Procedures and all Card Organization Rules, as such may be changed from time to time.
