Card Funded Payments definition

Card Funded Payments. If you pay us using a debit or credit card and you further agree to pay us the Transaction Amount as well as any fee or charge you owe us under this Agreement using your nominated debit or credit card. Each time you submit a Transaction to us, you agree that we are authorised to charge your nominated debit or credit card for any money transfer Transaction as well the fees you owe us before we carry out our payment services or any other transaction.

  • Permitted Payments has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b).

  • Scheduled Payment The scheduled monthly payment on a Mortgage Loan due on any Due Date allocable to principal and/or interest on such Mortgage Loan which, unless otherwise specified herein, shall give effect to any related Debt Service Reduction and any Deficient Valuation that affects the amount of the monthly payment due on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Prior Period Investments means investments made in a previous evaluation period that are outstanding as of the examination date.
