Canadian Preliminary Prospectus has the meaning given to it in the third paragraph of this Agreement;

Examples of Canadian Preliminary Prospectus in a sentence

For purposes of this Agreement, all references to any Canadian Preliminary Prospectus, the Canadian Final Prospectus, the Canadian Preliminary Supplement, the Canadian Prospectus Supplement, the Canadian Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to include the copy filed with the Canadian Securities Commissions pursuant to the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval + (“SEDAR+”).
As of the Applicable Time, the Canadian Preliminary Prospectus was true and correct in all material respects and contained full, true and plain disclosure of all material facts relating to the Company and its subsidiaries and the Shares and the Warrants as required by the Canadian Securities Laws.

Canadian Preliminary Prospectus means the English and French language versions (unless the context otherwise requires) of the preliminary short form prospectus of the Company dated March 17, 2022 relating to the distribution of the Offered Shares and, unless the context otherwise requires, includes all documents incorporated therein by reference;

Canadian Preliminary Prospectus means any preliminary prospectus supplement to the Canadian Basic Prospectus which describes the Securities and the offering thereof and is used by the Underwriters prior to the Applicable Time.

Canadian Preliminary Prospectus means the preliminary short form prospectus of the Corporation dated December 3, 2019 relating to the Distribution of the Offered Shares and, unless the context otherwise requires, includes all documents incorporated therein by reference;

Canadian Preliminary Prospectus has the meaning ascribed thereto in the second paragraph of this Agreement.
