Canadian Facility Collateral definition

Canadian Facility Collateral. Collateral that now or hereafter secures (or is intended to secure) any of the Canadian Facility Obligations, including property of the U.S. Domiciled Loan Parties pledged to secure their Obligations under their guarantee of the Canadian Facility Obligations.
Canadian Facility Collateral. Collateral that now or hereafter secures (or is intended to secure) any of the Canadian Facility Obligations, including Property of the Canadian Facility Guarantors pledged to secure the Canadian Facility Obligations under their guarantee of the Canadian Facility Obligations. Canadian Facility Guarantor: each U.S. Facility Guarantor, each Canadian Subsidiary that is a Material Subsidiary, including, without limitation, any Canadian Subsidiary that is a general partner of any Canadian Domiciled Obligor organized as a limited partnership, and each other Subsidiary that guarantees payment and performance of any Canadian Facility Obligations.

Examples of Canadian Facility Collateral in a sentence

  • All Canadian Overadvance Loans shall constitute Canadian Facility Obligations secured by the Canadian Facility Collateral and shall be entitled to all benefits of the Loan Documents.

  • First Lien Collateral Documents means the “Security Documents” or “Collateral Documents” or similar term (as defined in the applicable First Lien Loan Documents) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any First Lien Obligations or pursuant to which any such Lien is perfected.
