Canadian Agent’s Office. With respect to Canadian Dollars, Bank of America-Canada Branch’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 21 (as may be updated from time to time with notice to the Canadian Borrower) with respect to such currency, or such other address or account with respect to such currency as the Canadian Agent may from time to time notify the Canadian Borrower and the Lenders, which office may include any Affiliate of the Canadian Agent or any domestic or foreign branch of the Canadian Agent or such Affiliate.
