UK Bribery Act means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 of the United Kingdom, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Canada means the ten provinces of Canada, the Yukon Territory, the Districts and Islands comprising the Northwest Territories of Canada and Nunavut.
Agricultural burning means open outdoor fires used in agricultural operations in the growing of crops or raising of fowl or animals, or open outdoor fires used in forest management, range improvement, or the improvement of land for wildlife and game habitat, or disease or pest prevention.
Mining Act means the Mining Xxx 0000;
Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);
Banking Act means the UK Banking Act 2009, as amended.
Agricultural waste means biomass waste materials capable of decomposition that are produced from the
Canada Business Corporations Act means the Canada Business Corporations Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-44, as amended, and the regulations made thereunder, and any comparable or successor laws or regulations thereto;
Cannabis Act means An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts, S.C. 2018, c. 16, as amended from time to time.
Ocean transportation means any transportation aboard a ship, vessel, boat, barge, or ferry through international waters.
Australian Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 of Australia;
National Housing Act means the National Housing Act (Canada), a federal law that promotes the construction of new houses and the repair and modernization of existing houses. CMHC provides mortgage default insurance under this law.
Society Act means the Society Act of the Province of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;
Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);
agricultural holding means a portion of land not less than 0.8 hectares in extent used solely or mainly for the purpose of agriculture, horticulture or for breeding or keeping domesticated animals, poultry or bees;
Ontario means Her Majesty in Right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
Natural uranium means uranium with the naturally occurring distribution of uranium isotopes, which is approximately 0.711 weight percent uranium-235, and the remainder by weight essentially uranium-238.
Coastal vessel means any vessel exclusively employed in trading between any port or place in India to any other port or place in India having a valid coastal license issued by the competent authority.
Capital Instruments Regulations means any regulatory capital rules, regulations or standards which are applicable to the Issuer at any time (on a solo or consolidated basis and including any implementation thereof or supplement thereto by the PRA from time to time) and which lay down the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for inclusion in the Issuer’s regulatory capital (on a solo or consolidated basis) as may be required by (i) CRR and/or (ii) CRD, including (for the avoidance of doubt) any delegated acts and implementing acts made by the European Commission (such as regulatory technical standards and implementing technical standards) and European Banking Authority guidelines all as amended from time to time and as implemented in the UK.
Ontario Health means the corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Health as continued under the CCA;
Planning Act means the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended;
amending Act means the Consumer Credit (Queensland) Amendment Act 1998.79. Inclusion of additional information in financial table Information relating to the period over which repayments are to be made may continue to be, but need not be, included in the information required to be provided in the precontractual statement, as set out in section 13 of this regulation, despite the amendment of section 15F of the Code by the amending Act.80. Bribery Act means the Bribery Act 2010 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation;
Tax Act means the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Charter Act The Federal National Mortgage Association Charter Act (12 U.S.C. § 1716 et seq.), as amended and in effect from time to time.
