California Hotel has the meaning set forth in Recital B.

  • Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord those portions of the Hotel St. Claire located in San Jose, California ("Hotel") which are situated on the ground floor thereof and designated as "Restaurant Area" and "Main Kitchen Area" on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and which are situated on the roof thereof and designated as the "Roof Area" on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A-1" (collectively, "Premises").

  • With respect to the California Hotel, Purchaser shall obtain from Escrow Agent a Natural Hazard disclosure statement (“Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement”) in the form provided in California Civil Code Section 1103.2(a) to which Escrow Agent’s (in its capacity as a nature hazard expert) written report (the “Natural Hazards Report”) shall be attached.
