California Children definition

California Children s Services” or “CCS” means California Children’s Services as defined in the California Code of Regulations, title 22, Section 41410.
California Children s Services" means that program authorized by the California Department of Health Services pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 251.5 which provides treatment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for eligible children under age twenty-one who have handicapping conditions as specified at Title 17, California Administrative Code, 29001.
