CA Intercompany Note definition

CA Intercompany Note means that certain $6,000,000.00 revolving note executed and delivered by the CA Borrower to the US Borrower, as of even date herewith, as evidence of working capital advances from time to time made to the CA Borrower by the US Borrower.
