Buyer Related Party definition

Buyer Related Party means, individually and collectively, and to the extent applicable

Buyer Related Party means, collectively, the Buyer and its Affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, managers, employees, owners, advisors and representatives.

Buyer Related Party means any licensee or sublicensee of Buyer or any of Buyer’s Affiliates.
